The theme of the 7th National Mediation Conference is true talking, forward walking. True talking: respectful, inclusive and critical practice in mediation for creative choices in management, planning and dispute resolution. Forward walking: determined, collaborative and practical implementation of decisions in the professional and corporate domain. Building on the 6th National Mediation Conference "Pathways towards dispute management" the 7th National Mediation conference aims to promote conversations and practical action towards national professional standards and accreditation; to provide opportunities for cross fertilization between our expanding fields of practice and to deliver a strong cross-cultural flavor to both. |
