Registrations for NMC 2016 are now open!

Save time and money by registering online. Please follow the prompts in the link below.

Changes to your registration details can be made online until Monday, 29 August 2016. Thereafter any changes to registration details must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat.

Registration Category and Rates

Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within seven days from the date of invoice. Please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

It is preferred that early bird registrations are paid by credit card online at the time of registration, however a tax invoice is available on request. Online payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard only.

Onsite registrations will be charged the appropriate late registration rates plus a $20 manual processing fee.

Early Bird Registration
The deadline for early bird registration is Monday, 4 July 2016. You must register and pay before this date to receive the early bird rate. After this date, all new and unpaid registrations will be charged the standard registration rate.

Standard Registration
The deadline for standard registration is Monday, 29 August 2016. You must register and pay before this date to receive the standard rate. After this date, all new and unpaid registrations will be charged a $50.00 late fee.

Speaker
The speaker rate is only available to speakers who have been accepted into the conference program.

Student
The student rate is applicable to full-time undergraduates currently studying. Please forward a copy of your student identification to registration@mediationconference.com.au

Day Registration
Day registration is permitted for one single day only. If you would like to attend more than one day, a full registration must be purchased. You must register and pay before Monday, 29 August 2016 to receive this rate. After this date, all new and unpaid registrations will be charged a $50.00 late fee.

Workshop Registrations
Please refer to the workshop page for an overview of the four workshops being held on Sunday, 11 September 2016.

Register online to attend the conference as well as the workshops and receive a $100 discount on the workshop registration fees.

As the workshops will run concurrently, please ensure you only select ONE (1) option.

Additional tickets may be purchased for delegates and accompanying persons to attend the social functions. Please indicate this during the registration process.

Payment Information

All fees are due upon registering. Where early bird prices are applicable, fees must be paid by the early bird date in order to receive the reduced rate. All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the event.

Cancellations and Amendments

Registration, social function and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Conference Secretariat.

Refunds

Cancellations received up to and including Monday, 1 August 2016 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Cancellations received between Tuesday, 2 August 2016 and Monday, 29 August 2016 will receive a 50% refund less $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, 29 August 2016.

As an alternative to a cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person until Monday, 29 August 2016 without incurring any extra cost. All amendments, including transfers, made after this date will incur a $20.00 transfer fee.

Accommodation
Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior to the conference will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions. All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat at registration@mediationconference.com.au. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Conditions
International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Registrations received by International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Organising Committee, the National Mediation Conference 2016 Board nor International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.

Liability
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Organising Committee, the National Mediation Conference 2016 Board and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates.

Nor can the Organising Committee, the National Mediation Conference 2016 Board and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

Photography
While attending the conference you may be photographed. By registering for the conference you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes.

Privacy
International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
